Cosmetics for a Down to Earth Detoxing Lady
Cosmetics. Some love them, some don’t. One thing no one can argue though is that they are full of bizarre synthetic chemicals that should be avoided at all costs and yet they end up directly applied to the skin.
For those of you who want to avoid this situation you’ll be happy to know you dont have to leave your cosmetics behind. There is 100% organic all natural solutions made just for detoxiers like yourself.
I’ve taken the time to do some in depth research and have found the following companies to provide the all natural girl with all natural beauty enhancing goodness she damn well deserves. By the way, if you are one of those girls, Im completely and totally in love with you.
Here are the suppliers of the clean green beauty products I a fore mentioned.
*Alchemilla*
When it comes to knowing what is good for your skin, Alchemilla Ultra Pure Skin Care has over a decade of research and development in the world of plant-based organic skin care behind them, and they are one of very few skin care manufacturers who grow their own ingredients.

Sounds pretty good eh?
Alchemilla has many products but one of the more popular items are Skin Care Trial Kits. Alchemilla has made it simple and inexpensive to try their organic beauty products before investing in full-size versions. Also they will donate $1 of each kit sold the National Alliance to End Homelessness – an organization committed to preventing and ending homelessness.
The trial kits are currently available for normal, oily, dry, or combination skin conditions and with their new ultra-sensitive range to be released in 2009, they tell me there will be one for sensitive skin also. Each kit retails at $28.00 and contains a trial version of either a facial cleansing gel or cleansing milk, as well as a toner, exfoliating face wash cream, purifying masque (not included in the dry skin kit, which instead contains a rich rehydrating night balm), moisturizing cream (such as their exclusive anti-irritant Rosebay Willowherb Cream), rehydrating essence, antioxidant concentrate serum and an eight-page information booklet.
Not a bad deal for $28 dollars!
*AfterGlow Natural Cosmetics*

This company is amazing. They go above and beyond the call of duty to bring you products that are organic, all natural, gluten free…the list just keeps going. Aside from being paraben free and completely owned by developed by women, the site goes on to list 21 reasons to love them. Each reason but socially and ethically responsible. Im not a woman so I have no idea what more you could ask. But if I was one, I would stop asking and start clicking the above link to get my hands onto some of this fantastic stuff.
